Craft Fair Terms and Conditions

1. Crafters need to have made the majority of goods for sale themselves, unless agreed with the organiser.

2. Crafters may use a table provided by the organiser or supply their own table. The organiser will supply two chairs for each stall regardless of who is providing the table. Crafters supplying their own table should ensure their table is fit for purpose and is a maximum size of 6ft by 2ft.

3. It is a condition of our own insurance policy that Crafters will also have to have their own Product & Public Liability cover. Evidence of this will be required as part of your application. Any stall selling food items must confirm with current UK food hygiene legislation.

4. Set up will be from 8.30am. You can arrive before this time but there is no guarantee that the venue will be ready until 8.30am. Set-up needs to be completed by 10am. Take-down can only start after the fair closes at 3pm (4pm for November fairs).

5. Crafters are expected to promote the event to their current customer base and to utilise social media to advertise.

6. The fair is open to the general public from 10.00am – 3.00pm (4pm for November fairs). Stall holders must be present throughout this period. If any stallholder packs up and leaves before the end of the public opening time without the prior permission of the organiser, then the organiser reserves the right to cancel, without refund, any future bookings for that stallholder.

7. Could all stall holders keep their area clean and tidy by removing all their rubbish etc at the end of the show. Failure to leave the hall tidy may result in not being welcome to exhibit with us again. Please hide your packing cases, boxes etc by having a cloth on your table that reaches to the floor.

8. Please ensure that neither you nor your table and goods block any walkways or any fire exit from the venue.
9. Multi-Level Marketing applications will not be accepted.

10. There are a limited number of spaces available – these will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis and taking into account the variety of crafters. All bookings are provisional until confirmed by the organiser.

11. Full payment will be required within 14 calendar days once the organiser has confirmed your booking. The organiser reserves the right not to accept bookings for any reason, and to reallocate space not paid in full by the due date.

12. Spaces are allocated at the organisers discretion and once the floor plan is submitted no amendments will be made.

13. If the event is cancelled by the organiser then any payments received will be refunded in full. If the stall holder cancels more than one month before the event, then 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. If cancelled less than one month before then no money can be refunded.

14. All electrical equipment used by the stall holder must be PAT tested.

15. The organiser accepts no liability for loss of earnings as a result of any circumstances, nor any other action by any third party beyond their control.
